Great service, ordered a new tire and discovered an additional bad front tire. Came back in the afternoon and they were both quickly replaced. Never had so much trouble with tire before. Have had to replace 3 tires before 25,000 miles.

My last visit to the BMW Crown Automotive dealership was good. I was there for a scheduled oil change, I am pleased with the service I received, and I would recommend other customers who wish to get their BMW serviced at this dealership to go. The customer service representatives are courteous and friendly.
