My wife and visited the dealership to complete a state inspection on our 2018 X3 and having already had a relationship with the dealership we took a look at the used inventory. There we saw a beautiful very low mileage 2021 X5 that we thought would fit our needs. We discussed price and trade in value that we found acceptable. We were able to test drive the vehicle overnight and decided to purchase the vehicle. We went back the next day with our own financing and completed the purchase. There was never a hint of undue pressure. Fully satisfied thus far with our new vehicle.

No issues. Rear brakes, pads and sensors were repaired. The estimate on the dealer website was a few hundred dollars low than reality. Only complaint.
