Scot is amazing. I use to go to BMW Bergland in Lynchburg. Randy treated me like I was not rich enough or good enough to get the same service that my boss, a Doctor, received. I was spoken down too. Scot was respectful, and considerate. He is very good at his job. His interaction with the other customers was also excellent.

I purchased a used 2011 Infiniti QX56 from the Midlothian Richmond BMW site. My purchasing experience was great. When I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle to upgrade my 2004 Hummer H2 to a newer vehicle with more luxury/safety features, they actively communicated with me through texts and emails. We set up an appointment for me to see their vehicle and for them to assess my trade in. Upon arrival, they set me up immediately for a totally non-pressured test ride and there wasn't any games played over the trade in. I told them what I'd like to get and they were able to come to a figure very close to that amount and we finalized the deal on the spot. The paperwork process was painless and the dealership was great to work with. I didn't have my title or my checkbook with me and they agreed to let me come back the next day and wrap everything up. I asked for one item to be fixed prior to pick up of the vehicle. They contacted me the next day when the vehicle was ready. The item was fixed, the vehicle was detailed and the gas tank was topped off. I provided them with the title and a check for the balance and they transferred my tags and gave me my copies of all the paperwork and we were out the door to enjoy the new vehicle. Very nice staff and excellent customer service!
