I came in unannounced with a run flat tire issue on a Saturday. The service manager bent over backwards to help me and his team was fantastic working me into the "maintenance job rotation." Couldn't ask for more.

These people know Service. I have never seen anyone go to such lengths to make the purchase experience great.

Scot is amazing. I use to go to BMW Bergland in Lynchburg. Randy treated me like I was not rich enough or good enough to get the same service that my boss, a Doctor, received. I was spoken down too. Scot was respectful, and considerate. He is very good at his job. His interaction with the other customers was also excellent.
