Great experience

Ellis (EJ), was very attentive without being "high pressure". I felt relaxed the entire time I was there and actually enjoyed the whole process of buying a car. The sales team was also gracious even though it was late in the evening on Saturday and ensured I was taken care of and fully satisfied. I would buy again.

The car wasn't yet at the point where it needed a servicing, but since I was there already, it had a recall that needed to be done, so they did that and a state inspection. But I want to give "special recognition" to Scott as my service coordinator; I had walked to the Town Center Post Office and as I got there, he texted that it was done. I was probably about a 40 minute walk away, so I asked if there was anybody "out and about" that might be able to pick me up. In no time at all, he had someone come and get me; that really shows someone going "the extra mile".
