I took my 2017 750 in for service....just routine maintenance with one exception the a/c was not working. That car had 84,000 miles...I saw a 2022 740 very similar to my 2017 ....Matt in service hooked me up with the sales guys and Clay Rogers led me through the process of getting me a value on my 2017 trade and guiding me with the help of the sales manager to a 3 year lease given my desire to purchase the new version of the 7 series in a couple of years. All involved were great. The following day I can back and spent about an hour with Clay to dig deeper into the technology on the 2022 model. Clay was very knowledgeable and there are features and benefits that I had no idea how to use that now I feel comfortable with. Thanks for a great experience.

Working with Harley was really fantastic. He's very knowledgeable of all of the cars, the shopping experience end to end, and works hard to make himself available for anything needed.
