It was good with the exception of getting the paperwork and not knowing all of the features on the vehicle.

The sales team and management did a great job helping configure my car and providing me with a fair price.

I really want to complain I have with Richmond BMW and it’s really probably not a complaint but it’s just so freaking expensive when you look at the parts and the cause of the labor and we need to break you right there
