After buying a car from Carvana, I found a couple of issues that were going to cost about $3000 to correct. Scott in the service department was a huge help to me, working with Carvana to get the problems fixed at no cost to me. Then, I had an issue that was my own fault which required replacing two body trim pieces. Midlothian BMW replaced them at a very reasonable cost. Big thanks to Scott in the service department!
