I had an extremely positive purchasing experience. I initially reached out online on Thursday 09/26 and was connected with Balaji and Frank. They both were extremely attentive and responsive as we explored purchase options with the X3 M40i I was interested in. Once we reached agreeable terms, they sent the Finance Application ahead of time to get the process started. When I arrived at the dealership, Frank greeted me by name and started the process. Unfortunately, Balaji was unavailable, but Casie took over and was friendly, patient, and attentive. They navigated the purchase and trade-in process in a smooth manner and then connected me with Tim on the Financing team. Tim continued to deliver the high level of customer service that Balaji, Casie, and Frank established. Casie and Frank also quickly addressed a small concern with a blemish on the vehicle as well. The efforts of the team led to an enjoyable experience and I left extremely happy.

From the greeting I received upon entering the dealership, to them bringing the vehicle I wanted to the lot and singing the contract, everyone was awesome!!! They even offered to order me lunch! My experience was truly amazing!!!!

It was a breath of fresh air being able to buy a vehicle from Midlothian BMW without ever feeling pressured or pushed in any way! I will highly recommend this particular BMW location and I look forward to the same courteous and professional experience with their service department in the future!

Good visit

Vehicle told me I needed a service. Assumed an oil change. Also asked for a check of front wheel bearings. Your mechanic confirmed they were needed but had to wait for parts. Had the bearings/hubs replaced. Unfortunately, this did not reduce the noise that made me suspect the bearings in the first place. Not blaming you at all - my own self-diagnosis was incorrect. Just a little peeved that your mechanic thought the noise was reduced. May be tires, but I'll see if I can confirm.

Tim and his mechanics always take good care of me. He's very concerned about my time being spent waiting and was always pleasant to deal with.
