Hello. Scott was an amazing service specialist by his customer service. There was one thing I was displeased with: whomever worked on my car didn’t address the tire notification. My tire had low air when it got there and when it left. When I called in, another person answered and pretty much told me how to put air in the tire at the gas station. If I wanted to do that, it would have already been done. Pointless feedback for whomever answered the service line when Scott was unavailable.
