As I previously stated in the pass my experiences at Crown BMW has always been exceptional. From the top notch mechanics that work there to the Service Agent that greet you. The staff at Crown BMW are the consummate professionals and knowledgeable about every aspect of my vehicle (650i). The waiting area is impeccably clean, stocked with water and coffee while you wait. I have been a Crown BMW customer several years and will continue to bring my car there for service in the future.

My service advisor, Lance, and the shop foreman, Mike, along with master mechanic Jed treat my car like they own it. They never suggest unnecessary repairs and even offer advice to me for things I can handle myself. My car is a 2012 BMW 650i Convertible and when it's time to buy a new one, I'll buy it from Richmond BMW because of this outstanding service team.
