Everyone was nice. My advisor took time and answered my questions and explained things to me. So far the car is running good. I do think that the mechanic should show and talk with the customer also so they can see and understand what they are doing to our baby. The car is our baby and when we bring it in its seeing the doctor which is the mechanic. Also the baskets should stay filled with snacks at all times. 👍👍👍👍👍 Happy customer

Time management was impressive, I expressed the concern of getting out of the shop in a timely manner due to work, and was definitely accommodated. The communication was also supurb, by letting me know future concerns I maybe facing if not addressing needed service.

Drove the car for maintenance and asked for a tire rotation as well. I have a square wheel setup to allow for it and was told tires were ok so it wasn’t done. I didn’t ask for an opinion just for tires to be rotated, that’s why they are ok.

Very easy to work with, the team in finance and management clearly worked hard to make this happen within my budget. The vehicle is immaculate and they were so welcoming when having to be in the building.
