The service and personnel are excellent. The increased cost of an oil change is awful.

Very easy transaction. No pressure at anytime, no pushy sales person, no long winded financial person, from start to finish very relaxed experience. My only caution to anyone buying a used car from anywhere, spend more time looking it over from top to bottom than I did. I have since found several minor issues that would have possibly swayed me not to purchase this Vehicle.

While everything from the moment I walked in to my car being ready was excellent. I was however, again disappointed in finding that one of the technicians left oily work boot prints on my M3 matt. I'm hoping this comes out. What your location should do is cover the driver's matt and seat to prevent such things from happening. Lastly, my interior is beige and there was greasy prints on the interior door pull. This needs to be resolved as I'm now hesitant to let anyone inside my car for the fear of shop residue inside my car.
