The service writer was really nice and down to earth. He also pointed out that the previous shop I took my BMW to for a recall service, should not have charged a diagnostic fee and would make sure that his shop would take care of me and not do something shady like to me. The recall service was done quickly and pick up was easy. Will return for any service needs. Thanks!

Service provided by an excellent, dedicated staff to diagnose and repair my vehicle was superior, on time and in budget.

The service I received at the time was excellent; however, I drove across the Colorado state line and the drivetrain malfunction sensor came on. I’ve been stuck in Colorado for a week waiting for BMW to complete the repairs on my X3. I explained I was going on a cross country road trip and I’m not sure if this could’ve been prevented. Maybe not, but somewhat concerning.
