very easy, simplistic and pleasant

The car did not have car manual. Had to purchase one from ebay. For a car over 56K it would have been good customer service to get me one or at least reimburse me for it. This is the 3 rd BMW i have purchased from Richmond BMW, one new and two used. I have always brough my cars for service there.

Although the wait to check in was longer then usual and I was a little annoyed by that…but the loner vehicle made up for that.

Great experience with the negotiation and sales process. However, the process of going through the paperwork, warranty negotiations, and final closing was not smooth at all. Was told it would take no more than an hour and it was close to two hours with computer issues and I had to return the same day to finish. Crown needs to update the computer system so it does not interfere with a smooth customer closing process.
