Always a pleasure to work with Tom in your service team in Richmond Bmw. He always makes sure that he keeps me updated on our vehicles. I appreciate his ready to break down pricing and work that is going to be done. We really appreciate his hard work and attentiveness.

Outstanding customer service as Midlothian BMW kept me up-to-date with the progress of my service. They let me know there was a delay in their receiving the parts. They let me know when my car was ready to be picked up.

We are of course very happy with our 2020 330 xdrive. More importantly our local dealership, Midlothian BMW has been a pleasure to work with. Our sales representative Kimberly has very kind and worked hard to find us the right car, the manager who helped consider the worth of our trade in a 2017 740i bmw, was generous and willing to work with us. Recently we serviced Our 330 x drive for an oil change in which the service coordinator was very respectful. All of our experiences have been great with Midlothian bmw. We are very pleased with our 330 xdrive and are looking forward to our next BMW.

An annoying rattle was created when the computer port was accessed. The techs road with me to identify and correct the noise.

The service was performed in a timely manner. However, it appears that the problem was not entirely resolved. The front brakes were replaced after less than 4K miles on my 2021 X5. That was the second time the vehicle was in shop for the same problem. Now, the front brakes make a noise when I stop & release the brake. It may still be going through the break-in process (150 miles of soft stopping). I'll see what happens after the break-in period.
