The service was performed in a timely manner. However, it appears that the problem was not entirely resolved. The front brakes were replaced after less than 4K miles on my 2021 X5. That was the second time the vehicle was in shop for the same problem. Now, the front brakes make a noise when I stop & release the brake. It may still be going through the break-in process (150 miles of soft stopping). I'll see what happens after the break-in period.

I have been with this great team of professionals, lead by Jeff Yurcaba, since 2006 and of which they have done excellent work in maintaining my vehicle over the years. However, I recently moved to another state but took my vehicle in for one last visit before leaving and as usual, was thoroughly impressed with the final work done. Thanks to Jeff and his team, my 2003 vehicle not only looks like new but also rides like new! It's not going to be easy trying to find another dealership with the same level of customer service support that I have gotten used to with Jeff and his team but I am thankful for the years I did have it! Outstanding customer service!!!

I did not realize that wiper blades were included in my service. I had just replaced them a few days prior to coming in. I feel that they should have given me that set of wipers for future use. They did not .
