The brake repairs & installation of the running boards were well done. However, I was surprised about needing a brake job with less than 2K miles on the vehicle, & the length of time it took to receive the running boards. I have lost faith in BMW of North America. Not at all happy with their inability (refusal) to expedite the running boards to accommodate a necessity.

Loved the service, the car and the help we received with all the high tech features. We even got the price we wanted without asking. . .the phone rang and he offered, we accepted and the deal was done. BMW 530i X-drive! Love it love it love it!

The shop had to go through extra efforts to try and clear up a water entry issue. This required removing and reinstalling some of the interior components. Everything was put back in order perfectly. Much appreciated!
