The shop had to go through extra efforts to try and clear up a water entry issue. This required removing and reinstalling some of the interior components. Everything was put back in order perfectly. Much appreciated!

I buy all of my BMWs from James at BMW of Richmond because he understands what "Great" customer service. As the GM, he's very personable and approachable. Truly a no pressure business environment. I will be getting the new M3 from James real soon. Kitchen Golf
