Great experience with the negotiation and sales process. However, the process of going through the paperwork, warranty negotiations, and final closing was not smooth at all. Was told it would take no more than an hour and it was close to two hours with computer issues and I had to return the same day to finish. Crown needs to update the computer system so it does not interfere with a smooth customer closing process.

Rebecca was an excellent service advisor, knowledgeable, prepared, and professional. I had several requests that she took care of perfectly.

Not a long wait & very welcoming

Bought tires and all went well. I waited. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because I made an appointment and you had the tires but it still took 2 hours to do. Not terrible but an hour longer than it should have.

Loved dealing with our salesperson Cassie! She was easy to work with and very helpful. I was disappointed in the manager and his unwillingness to deliver on an item we agreed upon when we made the deal. Otherwise we would have rated 5 stars.
