The service department at Midlothian BMW is always excellent. The service department is so good that while we didn’t buy our first BMW there we exclusively shopped at the Midlothian BMW location and bought our second from them. We’ve had minor service such as oil changes and state inspections and have had major service such as a full transmission replacement and the communication provided by Midlothian BMW for all events is always proactive and clear. We purchased a Cadillac from Moore so we have experienced transactional customer service versus the professional and courteous customer service provided by Midlothian BMW. Our plan is to replace the Cadillac in 2021 and our first shopping choice is at Midlothian BMW due to the service department.
