Came in for an oil change and they did an excellent job on my car.

I was very pleased with the speed of service and the effort put in to cleaning the stain on my driver's seat. Everyone was quite professional.

My routine maintenance was performed within the stated time frame..My Senior Service Advisor, Jeff Yurcaba, was very professional and easy to work with; gave me several updates as the service proceeded..Great job all around!

Richmond BMW of Midlothian is the best! Kimberly is a top-notch salesperson who is very knowledgeable about BMW's. She went above and beyond to put me in the right car without high pressured sales tactics. A year later she hooked me up with Scott in the service dept to take care of a few repairs. Scott was the best service rep I've ever met. He was very professional, kept me informed every step of the way and was timely getting the repairs done. I've had a very positive experience here and highly recommend!

I made an appointment I was taken right away my service technician Scott did not push need to have other services beyond what I had scheduled to have done even though he could have pushed for other services I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to do more than what was needed
