My 2015 BMW 2 series was a lemon. All of the so-called "run flat" tires had to be replaced --at terrific expense and inconvenience w/n first year. (One tire blew the first month, it was downhill from there). After a series of failures with thr car, I returned to Crown BMW in Midlothian, whose normally good service had declined considerably over this 5 yr period. Service was so bad, I went to other independent mechanics. Two of them told me the car required so much work that I should donate it to charity. I was stunned. So, I returned to Crown BMW to see explore options, believing pnly they would accept it as a trade-in. Even though I'd been driving BMWs for about 20 yrs, I resisted another one given the nightmare experience of the 2015 car. However.....the manager did everything to make this right for me. I traded in the 2015 for a fantastic 2019 2 -series, which is the most beautifully driving car. It is satisfactory in every way (except the absurd run-flat tires, which they kindly swapped for the brand new set of regular tires off of my old car). I appreciate what they did to right the situation for me, and restore my confidence in the car and dealership. I just love this new car and appreciate the manager and sales person's efforts on my behalf.

My experience at with BMW service for the most part was great beside it being a stressful situation because my car needed some major items. Scott in service made the experience a little more manageable. I did have to bring my car back the next day due to a sensor still coming on but as soon as I arrived he took the keys and had it taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
