I experienced courteous, expert service from the time I dropped off my car til I Picked it up. They kept me in the loop as to what was wrong with the car and the best way to have it fixed or if something could wait for a later time to be handled.

This was my first time getting service done at Crown Midlothian location. I worked with the service advisor - Jeff. He is very professional and courteous. He explained the work that needs to be done very thoroughly. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
