I brought my leased BMW in for an oil change and an inspection. They did that plus clean the car inside and out. They were going to charge me just for the inspection, but when the cashier was temporarily unavailable, they waived that fee also. And they provided a coffee machine and a decent table and chair to work at which I took full advantage of while waiting. And the ambient noise in the dealership was low. Overall a very nice experience.

Purchased my X3, new, in September 2019 and was charged for state inspection in March 2020? Not only was it done early but I was charged, which is ridiculous. BMW is loosing its luster.

I had a state inspection done on my 340i. I dropped it off after hours on Friday and received a call from Scott in the service department Saturday morning. He asked me when I would like the car to be ready and i was hoping for lunchtime if possible and they made it happen. No issues were found. I stopped by around 1pm and picked it up. They covered the drivers seat and floorboard for protection a nice touch. Will return for service to midlothian bmw when needed.

The service as excellent and Scot was excellent to work with. However, I did not receive the added benefit- service of having my vehicle washed at the time of my visit because the wash crew comes in later than the time of my visit. Although, Scot explained this to me and offered another time for me to return in order to receive my complimentary vehicle wash. I just think if this is a benefit-service offered, it should start at the time of opening hours or maybe 30 minutes after to ensure that all customers can take advantage of it.

I thought I had sent you this, but I'll try again. As I've said in the past, I have always been pleased with the service at BMW, especially the last few times with Jeff who has been very informative and helpful. They always call when my car is having service to let me know of any problems, the cost, etc. I trust their advice which you can't always at some dealerships. Everyone in the Service Department is helpful and friendly. The space is clean and if you're waiting, they have coffee, snacks and an comfortable waiting area. In the past I have used their shuttle service which is great. I have nothing but good things to say about my local BMW dealer.

I had a great experience. It was my first time in the dealership. I was greeted promptly, listened too, encouraged with the positives but not pressured. I hope too purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Lance was my service Rep...he is always so helpful...and lets you know exactly what needs to be done...what is going to be done..and when it will be finished. He is always very professional. All the service reps i have worked with over the 9 years since we bought the car have been wonderful
