Really good first impression of BMW Midlo service dept. I'm new to the BMW world and just got basic service (oil change etc) but felt like Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and my car got exactly what it needed. Waiting area had snacks and coffee-yay! All around pleasant, helpful, polite people. I'll definitely go back.

My experience at Richmond BMW was very good. It was a low pressure, professional environment. Everyone was nice and worked hard to ensure my needs were met.
