Lance was my service Rep...he is always so helpful...and lets you know exactly what needs to be done...what is going to be done..and when it will be finished. He is always very professional. All the service reps i have worked with over the 9 years since we bought the car have been wonderful

Really good first impression of BMW Midlo service dept. I'm new to the BMW world and just got basic service (oil change etc) but felt like Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and my car got exactly what it needed. Waiting area had snacks and coffee-yay! All around pleasant, helpful, polite people. I'll definitely go back.
