I like the communication you get when your car is in for service. I received a text message as soon as the shop opened for the day with my contact should I have any questions. Ease of paying for the service online was very convenient. I picked up my car at the end of the workday and nice to see a clean serviced vehicle.

The service is always excellent. The best thing is your relationship with your service provider, ge knows me by name when I walk in the door and I trust him completely to always provide the best care for my BMW.
