Great service! I was kept informed of everything that was going on with my car. I use to hate going to get my car serviced because it was always an issue. Now that I have a BMW, I don’t mind at all.

The sales team was awesome. They are very thorough and nice people. They are very helpful and respond to questions quickly.

Very good service. Scott and Paul was more than helpful with all my needs. Only wish there was more options for payments of service. I think more people would go to the dealer instead of a regular mechanic if there was easy method to pay

First I would like to say this is my third car for BMW. I love how the manager and the staff treat you. I have referred multiple customers to BMW bc of the service. I have one big problem is after you person the car is when the service goes MIA. For example my window is was moving slow within the first week but I thought it would go away. During the second week the window passenger just stop moving. This is very disappointing because I had other option but because of the relationship I have build over the last 5 years built a level of trust.

Excellent service from the initial call to set up the appointment, all the way until my car was ready. Great job cleaning the car too, it needed it. Very impressive
