Awesome experience.

Due to a conflict of schedule, I had to have my children drop-off and pick up my car for a schedule maintenance service. Lance Malayan, my client representative, did a wonderful job of Navi’s gating my children thru the process and ensuring excellent service.

2 days after Christmas, I had a serious problem with my BMW and I called Lance, my service manager. After talking to him on the phone, it was determined that I needed to bring the car in. However, the service department was extremely busy and he was not sure they could get to it that day. After diagnosis of the problem, Lance called me and said he was going to try to work my car into the schedule and would call me. At 4:55pm. I received a call that they had completed the repairs and I could pick it up. Everyone was very professional and courteous and I was well aware of how hard they worked to get the job done on my car that day. I am extremely happy with Richmond BMW Midlothian......and have been for the past 7 years!
