I had a flat tire as a result of my run-flat tire that was only capable of going about 25 miles before it completely deflated. I was able to get to a tire store, and we had to have my car towed to the dealership, and found out the locking lugs key was broken. The dealership converted my lugs to non-locking and I replaced all four of the questionable run-flat tires. Luckily I did not damage my drivers rear rim during this incident. The dealership was quite helpful in removing the locking lugs.

It was Christmas Eve and I did not have a scheduled appointment. I noticed my red battery light came on while I was shopping. I immediately went to BMW. Sheila Lynch had the Service Dept. analyze the problem and it was determined I needed a new alternator. The Service Dept. had the parts in stock and immediately began the repair. The repair was done before the Service Dept. closed at 3:00 PM. While the work was being done, I received a loaner car and completed my Christmas shopping!! Many thanks to Sheila, the guys who completed the repair, and Ravin Perry (who is always very helpful and provides great customer service). Ravin also placed all of my shopping bags in my car. Merry Christmas!🎄
