We had a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He didn’t rush the process or pressure us into a hasty decision . He is actually following up with us on some issues we encountered with the vehicle after delivery. We are hopeful that these issues can be resolved to our satisfaction . Kudos to finance reps....

He worked very hard to accommodate me in the negotiating process and made sure the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition with all the correct options. This was my first visit to Crown and I was quite pleased after buying a CPO BMW in 2016. I had previously visited another BMW dealer close to where I live, but the experience was less than what I expect from a luxury car dealership. That said, I will gladly drive twice as far to have my BMW serviced at Crown! My service tech was Scot; very friendly and explained the entire process to me.
