Crown does an excellent job with my vehicle. I never have a problem with the work you do. My only issue is the price. I understand that excellence comes at a cost, but my car is older and I have a difficult time justifying the expense of taking it to the dealer. I still try to once in a while just to make sure everything is in good operating condition, but you price yourself out of quite a lot of work.

I was extremely pleased at the service I received. I always feel that the service department is always trying to keep my car in the best running conditions without selling me something I don't need. I really trust the service department at Midlothian BMW and will continue to return to the same dealership.
