My level of confidence in being at a BMW dealer and having trained personal work on my car made a big difference. My customer service person (Sheila) was very helpful and did all she could do to help me feel comfortable about some issues I had been having with my car.

I would describe the service I received from the service tech as exceptional. However, I have a different opinion about the practices of the service organization. I had full rear brakes replaced after 80000 miles. But then the replacement pads had to be replaced in 20000 miles. Clearly a softer pad was used which blackened my wheel as well. Why? Why change the material of the replacement pads when the medicinal pads lasted 80000 miles? New pads were put on at no cost to me. Thank you. But the replacement pads were again the softer ones that will wear out in 20000 miles. I guess I will have to go elsewhere to have better pads put on.
