I would describe the service I received from the service tech as exceptional. However, I have a different opinion about the practices of the service organization. I had full rear brakes replaced after 80000 miles. But then the replacement pads had to be replaced in 20000 miles. Clearly a softer pad was used which blackened my wheel as well. Why? Why change the material of the replacement pads when the medicinal pads lasted 80000 miles? New pads were put on at no cost to me. Thank you. But the replacement pads were again the softer ones that will wear out in 20000 miles. I guess I will have to go elsewhere to have better pads put on.

The first salesman was rude, disrespectful,and didn't want to show me the cars. To the level where the manager had to make him. The second saleswoman was great. She went above and beyond to show and tell us everything we needed to know. Will definitely be back to see her on the next purchase.

Service dept was ready to accept the car at the time I made the app't. Had to wait on it, and is was completed in a couple of hours - certainly well within my expectations. Quality of the wash/clean much above expectations.

Came in late on Friday with front-end brake problems. Instead of scheduling the work I was put in a loaner car and sent on my way. Towards the end of the following week all necessary work was done flawlessly.
