Good experience

I needed to have the weatherstripping on my 2012 M3 front and rear windshields replaced. I got with the parts department and we surveyed what parts needed to be ordered and those items were ordered so they would be there prior to my appointment time to have the installation performed. Scheduling was easy and the work was performed and my car was ready on time. I was very pleased with the work, although I am not at all happy about the fact that these rubber items had deteriorated in a period of just 6 years.

We were looking for a good used car at a fair price. We had shopped multiple dealers before finding our car at Richmond BMW Midlothian. The car, the staff, the entire experience at Richmond BMW Midlothia was better than I had come to expect. I would most certainly return, moreover I would recommend Richmond BMW Midlothian for both sales and service, the whole team was of the highest caliber.

This is my second time bringing my 2014 328i BMW to Richmond BMW on midlothian. I have the option to take my BMW to Carmax where I purchase it and can save an extra $50 toward repairs if Ido so do to the warrrty I have. The customer service I have receive at this dealership is amazing and as long as I continue to have a BMW I will bring it to Richmond BMW on Midthothian. The employee that I have dealt with have great customer skills.
