I saw a crosstrek online it had all the options I was looking for. I replied by email and got a quick response. I did not reply, figured I would drive out and see it. The next day it showed up on the lot, the car was not there, and the price on the website changed. I talked to the salesperson and they told me that it was being moved from a different location to that one. I told them that the price was different and they told me that they would honor the lower price. The people were great to deal with. I was very happy with my purchase and how I was dealt with. The fastest I have ever bought a car out of a dealership in my entire life.

Excellent visit, as far as having to replace a windshield can be considered good. My advisor, Scot McCormick, took great care of me, kept me in the loop the whole way. He had ensured all parts were there ahead of time so there was no delay in starting. He overdelivered! The video from the technician was a nice touch too. Very pleased.
