Did seem a little rushed but both sales and finance were very supportive, The air dam never came with the car unfortunately. A lease return should have all parts the car shipped with. Car was quite dirty, but all small things.

Scott M was a life saver. Unfortunately my car was a total loss. But I felt like I was in good hands and getting good advice from Scott. He really did go the extra mile for me to see if there was a remedy.

It was a nice visit. I felt that the waiting area was a little too cold.

From start to almost the finish, the experience was perfect! The only downfall would be the detailing of the new car for delivery. Sales manager was on point. Genius/Salesperson was the best I've ever had in 44 years of life. Finance was polite and easy to get through. Car was gassed up and ready to go when I arrived. The detailing was less than average, and looked like it was lazily done, possibly because it was a used vehicle? Spots all over the roof, front and rear glass untouched, smudges and smears all over glossy areas, nothing applied to dash or doors, caked up dirt on the door sills and jambs, etc... Literally the only issue was the detail. Everything else was a 10!

Jerry and the Finance Manager was extremely helpful and courteous and customer centric!!
