Jerry Schuler is a terrific sales person. And Austin (BMW genius) is very good and patient with new car buyers who attempting to understand the car's many sophisticated applications. Jerry is very good at his job, and Austin is very god at his. An all around excellent experience with these two. I also have to say that I did not very much appreciate the rather high-pressure sale by Finance Department re extended warranty-type add-ons. It was off-putting.
