Midlothian BMW provides the best service in Virginia. While awaiting service, I have spoken to many customers from other cities where BMW dealerships are local to them. Despite this, they drive significant distances to Midlothian because the service is superior. The gentlemen who work in the service department are always courteous, helpful, well-informed and seem to genuinely love what they do.

The staff I dealt with here were amazing. Traveling to pick up a car from a few hours away and they made the process very quick and easy. I only have one complaint. The detail of the vehicle left something to be desired. There were splotch marks all over the dash, old dried mud on the floor, and white dog hair stuffed into all the crevices in the back seat. Took me about an hour to clean up, but looks brand new now. This probably wouldn’t be an issue with a new car but this used car was 6 months old so I didn’t expect it to be so dirty after being prepared for sale. Otherwise, loved this dealership!

Everything, start to finish was super. I was well informed on repairs as they progressed. Service rep contacted my insurance company and handled the matter with them. The waiting area was nice, refreshments were welcoming.
