Made an appointment with my service advisor and dropped of my care the evening of my service date. I received an email of the scheduled work and the cost associated with each item. After the work was completed I received an emailed notification and paid the bill on line. All I did was to go by to see my service advisor and picked up my keys and got the car. Everything was straight forward and easy.

My Windshield needed to be replaced. They ordered a replacement it was defective. They set it up so when the new one came in, they brought me a loaner--nice touch.

Service was very good. Unfortunately had to replace engine. Car appears to ride very good. The price for repair was a bit higher than expected.

Aaron Mason, the Sales Manager and Kirk Randolph, our salesperson were absolutely awesome to work with for a number of reasons. They listen to their customer’s needs, answer questions thoughtfully and they put absolutely ‘no pressure’ as to their approach in selling a vehicle. Just a pleasure to work/deal with. Tim the finance guy is also super to work with.
