Happy with my purchase- Kirk, Aaron, Alex, and Tim were all great to work with. Looking forward to doing business with them long term. I love my car and think will stick with BMW for the future with family purchases. I recognize it was a busy day last Saturday, but only feedback was:I made deduction to buy the car at 2:30 pm, but I didn’t finalize the deal until 5:50. It just took awhile. It would have been great if they said it would have taken that long and I could have done some errands, etc. I also bought a paint protection package, which is why I didn’t drive away with the car, but later learned it couldn’t be used on a mat coated car.So waiting for a check refund, which is not a big deal, but would have been nice to not have to deal with that.

Appreciate the availability of service on Saturday. Follow up was clear and check out easy with the mobile payment.
