Cassie Washington is wonderful. She's a real asset to your organization - thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable. When I started researching my EV purchase, I went to your dealership with my husband. The sales guy only spoke to my husband - even though I'm the one buying the car. I was so put off by that I decided not to buy a car from you. Sadly, that was my experience at the West Broad location too. By chance I went back to BMW Midlothian and met Cassie. She is the ONLY reason I bought a car at BMW Midlothian. You need to hire more women (especially women like Cassie) on your sales team and train the male staff that women buy cars too.

I called the number for service to schedule my appointment with a loaner car. Matt Underwood was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful. He said no loaner had been scheduled and I was going to cancel my appointment. He was able to get me into a loaner car and take care of my car as scheduled. I needed his advise on a couple of recommended repairs and he was extremely helpful. I am 100% pleased with my service. I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership over the years and have stayed because of the reliable service.
