Everyone in the service department always goes above and beyond in regards to communication, friendliness, knowledge...Tim was fantastic throughout the entire process of my repairs...from making sure I had a loaner vehicle, explaining the repairs...He's a genuinely kind person and I never felt like I was being oversold on services.
