checking in was great, I brought up a concern with who checked me in and he was great at stating some possible causes and I felt much better heard than the Richmond location experience. However when I picked it up he was not there and the person who checked me out had no idea if they looked at the issue or not. Perhaps a better communication system would help with that hand off? But will definitely be coming back for future service
