The GM sat in the car with my daughter for an hour making sure all the technology worked and she understood it. The salesman was wonderful and Tim in the finance area was amazing. Everyone was so calm and welcoming and no pressure… they all made it such an easy stress free experience.

The work performed on my vehicle was excellent, and because of a delay in the repair item not arriving on time , I was provided a loaner car for the day. As always the work is very good, I have never encountered an issue with my vehicle, that BMW could not repair.
