My 22 year old "Sally" was treated with great loving care. Scot McCormick was a great communicator during the process of diagnosing Sally's problem as well as during the repair / treatment phase. She has been humming along since then. We are pleased with the results.

After arriving at the dealership on the afternoon of June 26, 2023,my wife and I after arriving at the dealership met our Sales Advisor, Mr. EJ Hill.He allowed us to go over the vehicle and then conduct a test drive. EJ Hill is veryfriendly, courteous, treated us with respect, and answered ourquestions in a timely manner. His professionalism clearly was an assetin obtaining the vehicle sale took that took place that day.

I purchased my car online. It went very well, and I recieved answers in a timely fashion. I still have one outstanding issue: I have not been sent the owners manual.

The visit was for an oil change. I waited for the 2018 X3 to be serviced. No problems or other issues.
