NOT SURE I RECEIVED THE RIGHT SURVEY - I'VE HAD MY VEHICLE OVER A YEAR AND PURCHASED IT FROM THE BMW SHOWROOM FLOOR. MY RECENT VISIT WAS A SERVICE VISIT.I scheduled an appointment for state inspection and an oil change. The service team were all very nice/friendly, and all service was handled in a professional manner. However, my wait was a little longer than I usually have to wait when there for service - tupically no longer than 1.5 hours when I have an appointment, but my last visit was a bit over a two hour wait.
