My car engine was shutting off after slow down or stopping. I thought I made an appointment with Midlothian Bmw but it was actually with Broad Street site. But they still accommodated me. They had to order parts, so the service took a couple of days,but my car is running just fine . Thanks again!. Thank you Matt!!!

had a truly positive experience working with my sales agent, Jenifer. Her knowledge, helpfulness, and excellent communication skills were invaluable. Whenever she encountered a question she couldn't immediately answer, she diligently sought out the correct information. Her friendly demeanor made the process even more pleasant. Without a doubt, Jenifer is one of the best car salespeople I've had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately, my experience with the financial officer, Kobina, was less positive. While he initially presented himself as friendly and approachable, his persistence regarding the extended warranty was excessive. Despite my repeated declinations, he continued to press the issue, significantly extending the time required to complete the paperwork. While I understand that it's his job to offer additional products and services, it's important to respect a customer's decision. A simple "no, thank you" should be sufficient. Aside from this encounter, my overall experience at Richmond BMW Midlothian was positive.

Scot always does a great job for me when I bring my vehicle in for service. He explains everything in clear and concise manner, which I appreciate. I would not take my X1 anywhere else for service.
