Dropped the X3 off for an inspection, oil change, and tire pressure issue... picked it up that afternoon and everything's perfect. What else is there to say??

I had the best experience working with the BMW team on my recent unexpected/ extremely expensive repairs. Matt provided me with recommendations on how to handle the repairs and it all worked out perfectly. I didn't even have a chance to be overwhelmed at the thoughts of how I was going to deal with the issues.

Everything was fine.........except I have a few scratches on driver's side front fender.

The replacement of my windshield was handled efficiently, and took only 48 hours to completion from the time I first reported the problem. The staff took care of me, and got me back on the road with a clean and quiet vehicle. It was the smoothest service experience I have had with BMW to date, and I've been a customer for more than a decade and 5 vehicles.
