I brought my 2011 BMW 335i in because my service engine light came on. BMW of Midlothian diagnosed my vehicle and my service agent Rebecca came up with a solution to get my vehicle back on the road within two days. Rebecca also scheduled my 2022 BMW X3 M40i for brake service the same day saving me from an additional trip to the shop. Both vehicles are done and shouldn’t have to return until my next oil service in November.

Great service. Worked with me and my extended warranty company to get coverage for a costly repair. Knowing it was going to be a longer turnaround for a major repair due to getting authorization and inspections, they provided a loaner car so I could have transportation over the Thanksgiving holiday. My car runs great now, and they were able to fix it quickly and with great prices. I could not say enough nice things about them, and when the time comes for a new car, I will be back to buy from them.
