Tim Peterson is outstanding professional and personable!!!!!!! I travel from Charlottesville, Virginia to this BMW location for all work on my BMW. I know Tim is going to take great care of my car and me too!!! I had an oil change and air filter replacement and know my front wheels are at 5 mm. I am so happy to give Tim a perfect score, A+++ every time!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed that my car failed inspection do to a small crack in the windshield. That crack has been there for 4 years and BMW midlothian has passed my car each time. It seems to be a money grab and I have surely lost trust in the service dept.

Great professional attitude!

My appointment was for a low coolant warning. No leaks were found but they said the level had fallen just below the level to trigger the warning because of evaporation. I’ve never had a vehicle in 25 years just have coolant evaporate with no leaks just 7 months after a service visit. I’m a low mileage driver. I suspect it was topped off incorrectly at my previous visit. I also did not appreciate the outrageous fee of over $60 to put on a set of windshield wipers that took two minutes. I watched them do it so I know how long it took. I spent $400 on wipers and a coolant top off that I still don’t understand why it was necessary. My car is nearly 7 years old and I’ve been taking it here for service the entire time. I’m evaluating if that will continue. On the positive, service was prompt and friendly.
